It is 35 KM (about 45 minutes’ drive) from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 26 kilometers away from the city, Gaya Street.

Each unit is furnished with air conditioners in all bedrooms, spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the private steam bath and Jacuzzi in the Spa Suite or swim in the private lap pool in the Pool Villas. Each unit offers complimentary cable TV (Astro channels) and DVD player. All units come with an incredible sunset seaview from the backyard, or private balcony with spectacular oceanic view.

Borneo Beach Villas has spa, gym,on site restaurant and cafe that offers various delicious cuisines and freshly brewed coffee.
